Department of Industrial Promotion, the Ministry of Industry, the Royal Thai Government in cooperation with the Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (ISMED) organize for a third consecutive year the Fashion Designer Creation (FDC) activity under the Thai Fashion Industry Capability Building Project in an attempt to promote design as mean to create value and develop fashion brands for Designers.

Entrepreneurs and Design Students working in different categories including Textile and Clothing. Leather and Shoes, and Jewelry. They are encouraged to combine their unique creative prowess with fashion merchandise development to meet various market demands and in line with global fashion trends. With the Innofashion concept, which emphasizes the importance of each single creativity dimension, each applicant creates their merchandise collection that is distinguished, innovative and different in form, design and uilty to compete in FDC 2017.

Concept

The Moonhide collection is inspired by the captivating tale of Diao Chan, a woman so breathtakingly beautiful that even the moon feels ashamed and hides in the sky. This narrative is intertwined with the modern architectural design of The Moon Sheraton Hotel, creating a mesmerizing blend of ancient legend and contemporary elegance. To evoke the essence of the night sky, a unique technique was employed, melding pieces of glass with metal on porcelain to craft gem-like materials reminiscent of celestial wonders.
